Create a new Dial-up Connection
Have the user click on 'Windows button' and up to 'Connect To'

Click on the 'Setup a Connection or network'

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Select the 'Setup a dial-up connection' and click on 'Next'

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
The user will type in hiser dialup name, Username, Password and type in the connection name.
