How to Clear your Cache in Netscape 4 / Communicator

Click on Edit then select
Preferences


It should then open up to the following window. This is the Cache section that we are on. We will want click the button labled Clear Memory Cache Now about midway down the page. If it pops up a window, answer Yes or OK.
Then you will want to click the button that says Clear Disk Cache Now. If it pops up a window, answer Yes or OK.

Let's click on the OK button at the bottom

Now you will want to close Netscape / Communicator,
reboot/restart your computer,
Dial back in to bright.net and try again.
