How to Clear your Temporary Internet Files

Click on VIEW then select Internet Options

It should then open up to the following window. Notice how there are Six (6) Tabs across the top. This is the General Tab that we are on. We will want click the button labled Delete Files about midway down the page. If it pops up a window, answer Yes or OK. Then you will want to click the button that says Clear History on the lower section of the window. If it pops up a window, answer Yes or OK. Let's click on the OK button at the bottom

Now you will want to close Internet Explorer, reboot/restart your computer,
Dial back in to bright.net and try again.
